Conditions of cancellation for groups:
- penalty free cancellation deadline: 31 days before the arrival of the group
- if the cancellationhappens after the given deadline, the following conditions apply:
- if the cancellation befalls between the 31st and the 14th day before the supposed arrival:wecharge 40 % of the participation fee
- if the cancellation befalls between the13th and 7th daybefore the supposed arrival: wecharge 60 % of the participation fee
- if the cancellation happens within6 days before the arrival, or in case of „NO SHOW”, we charge the 100 % of the participation fee
